YOU DREAM IT, WE BUILD IT!

History
The BLDC team have been car enthusiasts our entire lives. We all came from different backgrounds but with one common interest, to build and work on street rods and muscle cars. We started doing retail work in my home garage in 2018 working on friends cars, our own projects, and referrals from other shops.
As the business grew, I retired from the corporate world and decided to commit to the goal of building a business to serve the passion for classic cars. We expanded in 2024 and moved to our Auburn location enabling us to better adhere to a standard of excellence. We are committed to helping budget conscience customers meet their goals as well as their dreams.

FAQ
Do you offer estimates?
Yes and no. Custom and creative services require an individual approach that can make accurate estimating difficult. We can consult with you, determine a budget, and work to accomplish your goals within that budget.
We can provide estimates on most repair work including rust and panel repair based on our experience.
How do I get my classic car into your shop for repairs?
Simply call or email and we will schedule a meeting via phone or site visit to discuss repairs or a complete build sheet blueprint. Should you decide to move forward, please fill out our statement of work package, along with a refundable deposit and we will get you on the schedule.
Besides muscle & classic cars, will you work on modern cars?
Absolutely! We can complete projects such as window motor replacement, suspension work, engine swaps as well as transmissions. We can perform drivability assessments as well as general inspections for future work or even appraisals. We are limited as to diagnostics that require expensive equipment. Since that is not our core business, we have not yet invested in the equipment necessary to perform such work.
How long have you been in business?
My techs and I have been building and working on classic cars our entire lives! I started my shop as a "side gig" to help out a friend in 2018 complete a Camaro project. Word of mouth spread and we have built the business along the way. We were located at my home shop in Sumner, Washington until February 2024 when we expanded and moved to our current location downtown Auburn, Washington.
Do you do insurance work?
We are not set up to work directly with the insurance companies and do not deal with third party entities. It is possible to recieve funds for repairs and then deal directly with us.
